I realized that many design rules are forgotten in all the excitement of designing a bathroom. Paint colors are being chosen; maybe a fancy new faucet fixture or tub spout is being purchased for the remodel. Whatever may be happening, details can escape one’s notice until it’s too late. Remodeling vs Moving– What should you do?

remodelingWith housing costs going still going down it’s less and less likely that you will get a good return on the house you own on the seller’s market. Homeowners are fretting left and right about their investment devaluing, making reselling a scary and stressful process. If it’s no longer profitable to move out of your own house, then the question that ought to be addressed is, ‘Do you really need to move?’
